Snowmobile

I don't think this snowmobile thing is for me. I didn't have it 10
minutes before I crashed into some trees because I couldn't make it
turn. I liken the experience to horseback riding, you make think you
are in charge but actually you are going wherever the horse/sled wants
to go. Phil had to go back the rental place to have them come rescue
me and dig it out. Once the great guys at Club Rec
(http://www.clubrec.com/) got me going again I stayed on the roads and meadows it was a lot more fun.

Moose or meese?

I am in Utah with Philip for the weekend snowboarding. Unfortunately I tweaked my knee yesterday so we took the day off and went snowmobiling instead. On the way there Philip spotted a moose on the side of the road so we backed up and took photos.

Torta Day

Most Wednesdays I visit the Marination Food Truck
(http://marinationmobile.com/) for lunch. That's the only day it is in
Fremont. While they make fabulous Kalbi beef tacos and kimchi
quesadilla the big winner to me is the Spicy Pork Torta with pickled
veggies and guacamole. It's a special and not there every week but
well worth it when it is.

My cow

Simon got an inflatable cow for Christmas. He sits on top and bounces. This morning he is dragging it around the house yelling 'My Cow!'
