Driving to Boise

We made the drive from Seattle to Boise over the last two days. Simon was a trooper throughout. He got to sit on a Harley-Davidson at Hamlet and Co in Pendelton, OR. We also got to see a number of antique colt pistols and some beautiful saddles. I tried on hats but no pictures.

Today we stopped in Baker City and Simon insisted he get to ride in the wagon. We are now in Boise and camped out at the hotel.

Glad you had a safe and quick trip. Is that the same restaurant in Baker City that you and your folks and Jean and I at at a couple years ago?? Odd that we all ended up there. The little harley rider - shades of things to come??

I wonder if the wagon ride was precipitated by stomping around in the "big red truck". As for the Harley - Great Gramps had an Indian with a 2 stroke. Nothing like that sound or feel when ridden.

So glad you made it safe. Soon you'll be in your new home!

Hope all goes well with Josh' first day. Love to all, Nana
