Is he just shy of 2 weeks now? My experience has been that 2 weeks is the first milestone where things start getting incrementally easier. I hope they haven't been too bad for you and that you are getting some sleep and that he's eating well.
And oh yeah...he IS truly adorable. Nothin' like nekid baby pics.
